My opening hours are determined by Babergh District Council with whom I have my licence. They are in place to minimise noise and other disruption to my neighbours.  That is why we ask that pets are dropped off and picked up at least 30 minutes before we close.
Whilst I am happy to make exceptions for new customers who get lost, or those who encounter unexpected traffic or weather conditions, as stated in my Terms & Conditions those who regularly turn up out of hours will be subject to a £25 surcharge

I Agree to the Terms

We are Copdock Kennels and Boarding Cattery. Under the terms of our License with Babergh District Council, we are required to take and maintain information on our clients and their dogs. These include name and address, details of the dogs and their medical conditions along with vaccination expiry dates. We also ask for details of your vet in the case of an emergency.
This data is provided by yourselves by email, telephone call or electronic means before being transferred to the kennel boarding system. The original electronic data is held by providers who comply with the EU Safe Harbour Rules.
We maintain this information on a kennel boarding system that is on a standalone computer with no internet access. We do not process this information in any way other than to print out boarding records for checking and approval on your pets’ arrival and an invoice for payment of the pets stay on their departure. We do not use the data for any other purposes other than if we need to contact yourselves during your pets’ stay, in case of an emergency, or your vets.
We do not share your information with anyone. However, we are inspected annually by Babergh District Council and they have the right to see completed boarding records to confirm that we are complying with the terms of our License.
We do not hold any credit or debit card data on site; with processing being undertaken by our providers secure servers.
